Return Policy

Due to COVID-19 and health and safety concerns, we do not accept returns of any kind. This includes returns for size, color, or any other reason. We ask that you please make sure to place your order for the correct size and color before completing your purchase.

Please note that we are not responsible for any errors made by the client, such as ordering the wrong size or color. We recommend that you carefully review the product description and sizing chart before placing your order.

Additionally, please keep in mind that the color of the product may vary slightly based on your monitor and screen settings. We do our best to provide accurate product images, but we cannot guarantee that the color will be exactly as it appears on your screen.

We understand that this policy may be inconvenient, but we prioritize the health and safety of our customers and employees. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Refund Policy

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been placed. We ask that you please make sure that you are in agreement with our policies, terms, and conditions before placing your order. Please note that we will not refund orders because the customer did not read or understand our 8-10 week processing and shipping policy, excluding holidays and weekends. Once an order is placed, the customer is agreeing to all of Divinely Created Crafts shop policies, with no exceptions. We understand that this policy may be inconvenient, but we take the custom nature of our products seriously and strive to provide the best possible service to our customers. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. If you have any questions or concerns about our refund policy or any other shop policies, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are here to help and will do our best to make your shopping experience a positive one.

Shipping Policy

We are happy to offer shipping to all 50 states in the USA, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as international destinations.

Shipping rates will vary depending on the location of the recipient. The cost of shipping will be calculated during the checkout process, and you will be able to see the shipping cost before you finalize your purchase.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs or import duties that may apply to their order.

All orders will ship between 8-10 weeks from the date the order is placed, excluding holidays and weekends. We do not make exceptions to this policy. Please note that this time frame does not include the time it takes for the package to be delivered to you after it has been shipped.

If you need your order before the 8-10 week policy deadline, please contact us before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to ship your order earlier.

It is important to read and understand our shipping policy before placing your order. Divinely Created Crafts is not responsible for any inconvenience or disappointment caused by not reading this policy beforehand.

Tracking Orders

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. This email will provide you with a tracking number that you can use to track your package. Please note that we do not provide tracking information before your order has been shipped. We ask that you refrain from contacting us about when your order will ship before the 8 week mark. Your order will ship between the time frame provided in our shipping policy. We understand that you may be excited to receive your order, but we ask that you please be patient and wait for your tracking information to be sent to you via email. We will do our best to ensure that your order is shipped in a timely manner. Please also note that we do not provide updates on the status of your order between the time it is placed and the time it is shipped. If you have any questions or concerns about the status of your order after it has been shipped, please use the tracking information provided to track your package.
